Scene
For those of you who do not like to frequent establishments with fancy décor and over priced drinks and prefer a gritty nightlife scene, enjoy a rock show in an intimate but comfortable setting at the popular Paradise Rock Club. Before rocking out at the main stage, patrons can dine and mingle with other concert goers at The Paradise Lounge, located conveniently next door to the rock club. The Paradise continues to present rock concerts for all people—young, old, hipster, and professional. So grab a tall boy at the Lounge, meet other fans, and then dive into one of Boston’s premier rock clubs for an exciting, action packed concert experience.
Eats & Drinks
Hang out at the Paradise Lounge, where you can order delicious bar food and strong drinks that are sure to satisfy you before and after a concert. While the main focus of your night might be the music and the band, the food and drink selection at The Paradise Lounge are equally deserving of attention.
Ambience
Although some of the biggest names in music play at The Paradise Rock Club, the venue still offers a personal, intimate setting. The venue can amazingly house over 600 people but its multi level layout puts you to face to face with your favorite band without any obstruction, no matter where you stand. There are very few seats available because like any true rock ‘n’ roll club, people stand and dance to their favorite tunes.
Celebrities
The Paradise, affectionately known as The ‘Dise, has a history as big as some of the names that have played there. Back in 1981, legendary band U2 graced the stage at The Paradise in their first ever American show. The Paradise continues to showcase some of the best live bands in the country including The Police, AC / DC, Blondie, REM, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Elvis Costello, Billy Joel, Television, Rage Against the Machine, The Pixies, Joe Strummer, and Coldplay. If you hang out afterwards, there’s a good chance that you’ll meet your favorite band.
