Co-owners Greg Den Herder and Igor Blatnik obviously don’t think their food is enough to hold your interest. That must be the reason they have packed their restaurant with so much to distract your attention. There’s the giant LED staircase that later forms the bar as you continue on and forms a space that is at once static and vibrating. The food can best be described as Ambitious American – steak, chicken, fish, and duck, all done with a slight, signature tweak to justify the hefty tab. That ambition translates to the cocktail list, which includes plenty of original creations and high-end spirits. When the dinner rush fades, the turntables come out and the downstairs starts to bump as a rolling roster of DJ’s provide the freshest beats to a suit-and-tie crowd.
